US Domestic Shipping

While orders are typically shipped within 7-10 business days. Due to demand and supply chain, orders may take longer than usual to be processed and delivered. Rest assured we are working diligently to expedite all orders and minimize any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

As a note, you will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed if you entered an email and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.

Cruxl Summer is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We strongly recommend that customers purchase Route shipping protection at checkout to safeguard their orders. If you have purchased Route shipping protection and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please file a claim directly with Route to seek resolution. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are non-refundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact cruxl.summer@gmail.com and we will try our best to assist you with this matter. 

International Orders

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country's import duties at time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase.

Returns

REFUNDS within 10 days of receiving the shipment. Use Contact Form for exchange instructions.

All markdown/sale items are final sale.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in our prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order. All returned items must be in new unworn condition. Please remember to ship back returns or exchanges in the appropriate shipping container. Returned items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon. We are unable to accept returns after 10 days from time of order received. You can contact cruxl.summer@gmail.com to initiate your return.

There will be no returns of holiday sales. 11.15 - 12.30.

Exchanges

In certain situations, we may be able to exchange damaged or mislabeled items may be exchanged for the proper item or size within 10 days of the order being received. Customers are responsible for shipping cost of items. Please note, we are unable to provide exchanges for international orders.
